We have an incredible opportunity for an HR Professional looking to grow their career! Our client is a multi-billion dollar global manufacturing leader and they are looking to hire a high-potential HR Business Partner to be based at their corporate headquarters.
As an HR Business Partner, you will support the Corporate HR Team along with 2 additional US sites, (a manufacturing plant & a technical center). Your primary focus is working with managers and employees to address issues and concerns that may arise, along with enforcement of company policy and procedures. Additionally, you will provide coaching to managers on all aspects of leadership and employee/labor relations. You will also support talent acquisition and retention initiatives, and drive growth and development of all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide HR support for 2 locations along with the corporate headquarters
Will coach and develop business partners in the areas of performance management and talent development
Maintain daily employee and labor relations, performing initial investigations of employee complaints and policy violations
Help develop and facilitate training initiatives and programs
Partner with the HR Compliance Team to implement and monitor HR compliance with corporate policy, HR systems, and applicable federal and state law
Support the Talent Acquisition organization to track and repot on open positions and help facilitate the requisition process, working with hiring managers
Play an important role in the culture, planning, and strategy of the organization
Conduct E&C investigations, report findings, and follow up with the appropriate action
Show flexibility and responsiveness to the needs of the business, the Human Resource Department, and the needs of all employees
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline with 5+ years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience in a manufacturing environment
Previous exposure or interest in labor relations
Proven experience in a wide range of employee related programs, including employee relations, policy administration, performance management, organizational effectiveness, compensation, and talent acquisition
Must be comfortable working around senior executives and corporate employees as well as walking a factory floor
Ability to provide direct and candid feedback to managers and senior professionals
Success in leading and managing projects, some of which may be large in scope or cross-functional
Must be a self-starter with high integrity, strong work ethic and exceptional people skills
Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) as well as an outstanding personality
Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and use of specialized software
Effective planning and organizational skills with an ability to multi-task and set priorities
Able to travel to other company locations periodically
