What You Will Do:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies that support our long-term business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  • Project Management: Oversee IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
  • Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimize our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software, to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions to drive efficiency and productivity.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including networking, server administration, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
