A global manufacturing company has an immediate opening for a Senior Manager of Global HR Systems. This role is responsible for leading all HRIS efforts globally as well as building a world class enterprise wide platform, leveraging Workday, Service Now, and other tools to meet the company’s most challenging problems.
The successful candidate must have the ability to motivate and lead a team of people, some of which are located internationally, can drive change, challenge the status quo, and make things happen! This position is a critical part of the company’s Global HR Team.

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead a global team of up to 7 direct reports, including international team members
Will identify and communicate the actions needed to implement a strategy & business plan
Drive technological advancement to increase the value delivered by technology and digital capabilities, leading to efficiency improvements
Recommend and participate in the activities related to the design, development, and maintenance of the digital capabilities within the HR systems environment
Act as the HRIS / Workday Project Manager, Leader, Coach & Technical Expert
Development of functional and operational policies and take responsibility for creating underlying operational procedures and monitoring their implementation
Develop and deliver budget plans and business cases
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or similar, a MS or MBA degree preferred
A minimum of 10 years of HR systems experience with at least 5 years of leadership experience
At least 5 years of direct Workday experience, with a strong understanding of most of the Workday modules, configuration basics, knowledge of the Service Now HR module, and payroll systems
Is a Leader in the HR systems space with a proven track record of delivering successful implementations, upgrades, and production support in the HR systems space
Experience leading multicultural teams across different regions of the globe
Has intellectual curiosity, always looking for ways to make improvements
Is strong in time tracking
Strong influencing and communication skills to engage both internal and external teams to identify opportunities and to execute on them efficiently and effectively
Can work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
