About the Opportunity:

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for next-generation products. You will collaborate closely with innovation teams to ensure a smooth transition from development to production. Additionally, you will lead efforts to continuously improve existing processes, driving greater efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and introduction of new products into manufacturing facilities.
  • Foster strong collaboration with innovation teams to translate early-stage ideas into scalable industrial solutions.
  • Lead process optimization initiatives focused on cost reduction, quality improvement, environmental impact, and production speed.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for new product introductions, innovation, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Champion best practices, data management, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Identify and implement new manufacturing technologies that enhance process capabilities and product quality.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing process development team.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, process technology, or process development.
  • Strong understanding of advanced material production processes.
  • Proven experience with process safety standards and implementation.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Passion for innovation and a history of bringing new technologies to market.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with diverse teams across the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on results.

Salary Transparency:

$200,000 – $220,000 w/ 15% Bonus Opportunity
