Charles began his career at MRI in 2023 as our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to joining the team, he spent his career in operations management in higher education. He utilizes his relationship-building and counseling skills to build meaningful relationships with clients and candidates to find the right fit candidates in the automotive and general manufacturing industries.

Charles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Science degree in College Student Affairs from Eastern Illinois University.

Charles was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. He and his wife live in the Dayton area with their three dogs.
Charles competed in collegiate championships for curling all four years of college and still gets together with his friends for at least one bonspiel a year.
