Rachel joined MRI Dayton over 2 years ago as a Project Recruiter and was promoted to Director of Candidate Intelligence and Outreach in the fall of 2020. Her background in Office Management brings many skills to her position at MRI including communication and relationship-building skills, attention to detail and project leadership. Rachel uses the latest recruiting methods including social media, advanced web searches and new AI technologies to source Top Talent for the many recruitment projects that our Senior Recruiters are conducting for clients. Additionally, she gathers significant market and company intelligence to help our recruiters identify potential staffing needs along with industry trends. Rachel believes it is important to not only build relationships with our clients but also our candidates, identifying what is in their best interests. Rachel was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. She and her husband live in the Dayton area with their two boys and two Golden doodles. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
